Subscription terms

These terms apply when you create an account, buy a subscription or use Look We're Live. The service is available both to businesses and to individuals/private persons. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

1. Who provides the service

Look We're Live is operated by Look We're Live. Registered address: Configure LEGAL_REGISTERED_ADDRESS before enabling live payments..

Support: Configure LEGAL_SUPPORT_EMAIL before enabling live payments.. Privacy enquiries: Configure LEGAL_PRIVACY_EMAIL before enabling live payments..

2. Who may subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You do not need to own a registered company. At signup you must accurately state whether you are subscribing mainly as a consumer for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, or for business/professional purposes.

A sole trader or an individual can still be a business customer if the subscription is mainly connected with a trade, business, craft or profession. Availability may be restricted by sanctions, tax, payment-provider or other legal requirements.

3. The service

Look We're Live is a hosted seller-page service. It lets an account holder create and publish one mobile-first seller page containing seller information, products, live-show information and links. The public destination normally uses a permanent `/s/<slug>` URL.

Draft changes remain private until you publish them. We may improve, maintain or update the service provided that we do not remove paid core functionality without a reasonable operational or legal reason.

4. Plans, price and contract formation

The monthly plan is £5.99 per month. The annual plan is £64.69 per year. There is currently no free trial. Any promotion is shown before you commit to payment.

Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. A paid subscription contract is formed when Checkout confirms the subscription. Account creation by itself does not create a paid subscription.

5. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. The current renewal date is shown in Billing. Stripe processes payments and may perform legally required payment authentication.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel online from Dashboard → Billing. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues until that date unless a separate immediate termination or statutory withdrawal applies. You may resume a scheduled cancellation before the end date where the subscription remains eligible.

Normal cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already paid. This is separate from any statutory consumer withdrawal, refund or remedy rights. See the Cancellation information.

7. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you subscribe as a consumer, distance-selling law may give you a statutory withdrawal period, commonly 14 days from conclusion of the service contract in the UK and EU. You do not need to give a reason. The precise right depends on the law that applies to you.

Because Look We're Live provides access immediately after payment, consumer signup asks you to expressly request that the service starts during the withdrawal period. If you later withdraw, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right you have under consumer law.

Eligible signed-in consumer accounts can use the online withdrawal route. You may also exercise a statutory right by sending a clear statement to Configure LEGAL_SUPPORT_EMAIL before enabling live payments.. See the withdrawal instructions and model wording on the Cancellation information page.

8. Failed payments and grace period

A failed recurring payment may receive a limited recovery period, currently seven days where configured. During recovery an existing public page may remain available while editing or publishing is restricted. If payment is not recovered, access and public delivery may pause. Successful payment can restore eligible access automatically.

9. Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using an email address you control and promptly reporting suspected account compromise. You must not share credentials in a way that creates unauthorised access or bypass subscription controls.

10. Your seller content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, resize, cache and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service. Publicly published content is intentionally visible to the internet.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for all text, images, brands, product claims and links you publish, and for complying with laws that apply to your own selling activity.

11. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or abusive content; malware or malicious links; attempts to access another user's data; security testing without permission; sanctions evasion; or activity that materially interferes with the service or other users.

12. Third-party destinations

Seller pages may link to third-party marketplaces, social networks or websites. Those destinations are controlled by their operators. Look We're Live does not become the seller of products merely because a seller page links to them, and third-party terms and privacy practices may apply.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse or protection of the service. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the reason and provide a route to resolve it. Expired billing access may pause public delivery while retaining the existing page, slug and stored content for eligible reactivation.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, security incidents and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required by law.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Consumer customers retain all mandatory statutory remedies and protections.

For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill. Any business liability cap must be interpreted subject to applicable law and cannot reduce liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Browser storage, cookies and optional analytics are described in the Cookie and analytics notice.

17. Governing law and consumer jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms and the service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may retain rights to rely on mandatory laws and courts in the country where they habitually live. Business disputes are subject to the courts applicable under the stated governing law unless the parties agree otherwise.

18. Contact

Questions about subscriptions, billing, cancellations or these terms can be sent to Configure LEGAL_SUPPORT_EMAIL before enabling live payments..
