Business subscription terms
Who may subscribe
Look We're Live is currently offered only to businesses, sole traders and professional sellers. By creating an account, you confirm that you are subscribing wholly or mainly for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession, and not for personal or household use.
The service is not limited to UK customers, but availability may be restricted by country, sanctions, tax, payment-provider or legal requirements.
Service and pricing
Look We're Live is a recurring digital subscription for creating and publishing a live-seller page. The monthly price is £5.99 GBP. The annual price is £64.69 GBP, representing a 10% saving against twelve monthly payments. There is no free trial and product access starts only after verified subscription activation.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Cancellation can be completed online from Dashboard Billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The scheduled end date is displayed and the cancellation can be reversed before that date.
Billing recovery
A failed payment may receive a seven-day recovery period. During that period an existing public page can remain live while editing and publishing are limited. Access is paused when recovery expires and is restored automatically after successful payment.
Seller content
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with the content, images and links you publish. Billing expiry pauses public delivery but does not automatically delete the seller page, slug, uploaded images or published snapshot.
Company, tax and governing law
Before live payments are enabled, these terms must include the final UK legal entity name, company number, registered office, support details, VAT treatment, governing law, jurisdiction, liability terms and country restrictions approved for the service.
