Cancel the business subscription
Log in, open Dashboard, choose Billing, then choose Cancel plan. No phone call, physical letter, support ticket or mandatory retention survey is required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The exact access end date is displayed after cancellation. You can resume the subscription online before that date.
What happens to the seller page
The public page remains available through the paid period. After access ends, seller content is temporarily unavailable and removed from the sitemap. Content, images, slug and the published snapshot are preserved. Reactivation restores the existing page automatically.
