Privacy notice
Look We're Live uses Supabase for authentication, application data and private image storage; Stripe for subscription billing, receipts and financial records; Resend for authentication and application-specific transactional email; and Vercel for hosting and operational analytics.
Data used
Account identity, email, business or trading name, business country, business-use confirmation, seller-page content, uploaded images, public links, billing identifiers, subscription status and security audit events are processed to operate the service. Card details are collected by Stripe-hosted Checkout and do not pass through Look We're Live servers.
International operation
The service is intended to be operated by a UK company and may be used by eligible business customers in supported countries. The final privacy notice must explain the legal entity, controller contact, lawful bases, international transfers, subprocessors and regional rights before live payments are enabled.
Access and retention
Billing expiry does not delete seller content, slugs or published snapshots. Account deletion, financial-record retention, security logs and backup retention require a reviewed retention schedule before live launch.

The final legal entity name, registered address and privacy contact must be inserted before live payments are enabled.
